All Workout
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy covers the All Workout mobile app and its companion All Workout TV app for Android TV (together, "the apps"). Both apps work without an account, a sign-up, or a login. Your profile, plans, and workout history stay on your own device. To keep the apps working well, we also collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, and the mobile app shares a small anonymous activity summary so it can send you an occasional reminder when you haven't worked out for a while, as described below.
During onboarding and in Settings, the All Workout app may ask for your gender, age, height, weight, preferred language, activity level, fitness goal, and your answers to a short health-readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q). This is used to tailor workout and calorie suggestions and is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage.
The same goes for the workout plans you create, your workout progress and history, and any weights or notes you log. They stay on your device.
We never send your exact age, height, or weight, your PAR-Q answers, or your logged weights and notes to us, to Supabase, to Google, or to any other third party.
The All Workout mobile app requests camera access for exactly one purpose: scanning the pairing QR code shown by the All Workout TV app, so you can cast a workout to your TV. The app does not take photos, record video, or store or transmit anything the camera sees. It only reads the QR code's text, in real time, on-device.
The All Workout mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, so we can see which features help people and where they get stuck. This includes:
Search text is not collected. We only record how long a search was and how many results it returned. We do not collect your device's advertising ID, we don't use this data for advertising or ad personalization, and we don't sell it.
Both apps use Firebase Crashlytics to receive a report when an app crashes, freezes, or hits an error. A crash report includes technical details such as the error and where in the app's code it happened, device model, operating system version, app version, the screen you were on, and a short log of the app actions just before the problem (the same kind of interactions listed above). Crash reports never include your profile details, PAR-Q answers, or logged weights.
You can turn off usage analytics and crash reports at any time in the All Workout app under Settings → Privacy → Share Usage & Crash Data. Once it's off, the app stops sending both. The app works exactly the same either way.
If you haven't worked out for a while, the All Workout mobile app can send you an occasional push notification, such as "It's been a week! A quick 10-minute workout keeps your progress going." You get at most one a day, at around 10am your local time, and they stop after 30 days without a workout. To decide when a reminder is due, the app sends our server a small summary whenever you open it or finish a workout:
Your exact age, height, weight, PAR-Q answers, logged weights and notes, plans, and full history are never sent.
Your choice: turning off Settings → Daily Reminders in the app stops these notifications, and the app then stops sending the activity summary (it only reports that reminders are off). You can also block the app's notifications in your phone's settings.
Pairing your phone with the All Workout TV app uses a randomly generated, short-lived session code (shown as a QR code and as text on the TV). The code is used only to relay workout playback commands (start, pause, skip, and so on) between your phone and TV in real time while a cast session is active. It is not linked to your identity, is not stored after the session ends, and expires when you close the session.
Everything stored on your device (profile, PAR-Q answers, plans, progress, history, logged weights) stays under your control. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app deletes it permanently, and we have no copy.
Usage analytics are kept for up to 14 months, and crash reports for up to 90 days. The reminder summary for an install is deleted automatically once the app hasn't been opened for 12 months, and the record of which reminders were sent is kept for 6 months. All of these are then deleted automatically. Because this data is anonymous and not linked to an account, we can't look up or separate one person's data. If you'd like to ask about it, contact us below.
The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The analytics, crash reports, and reminder summary described above are anonymous and are not linked to a name, email, or account.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
